After the Case Consolidation
Five cases are now two cases. The plaintiffs from Burgess, Gilbert, and Hollins actions are now in the Johnson Action. The Johnson Action began with 5 plaintiffs and now has 22 plaintiffs. One of the original plaintiffs in the original Johnson Action has withdrawn from the action. The actions were filed as Personal Property Fraud cases.
Teske Action remains as filed originally, as Contract Product Liability: False representation of goods sold in interstate commerce. The case is closed administratively as the parties were sent to arbitration. Depositions are done and transcripts will be made available to the public on July 19, 2023.
